Me and my brother planned a surprise trip to Las Vegas. We booked six tickets to Las Vegas and was willing to give those tickets to my father as a Birthday gift. My younger brother advised me to give those tickets on a sharp 12 O’ clock as a birthday gift. 4- When cancellation is done inside the 24 hours of booking then the US passenger will receive a full refund from the airline within 20 business days.

5- The passenger with a nonrefundable fare ticket does not qualify for any refund.

JetBlue cancellation policy due to Covid-19

While reading the policies I came across a section titled “Change/Cancel Fees Suspended for New Bookings”. In this section, it was mentioned that JetBlue Airlines has suspended the cancel and change fees for all the bookings made in the month of March. The passenger does not require to bear cancellation charges if the departure date lies between March to September 8, 2020. This JetBlue cancellation policy is specially designed by considering the impact of Covid-19. The airline does not restrict services but for safety, the passenger must not fly to countries that are vulnerable to Covid-19. 4- For submitting my refund request form, I clicked on the proceed tab with reading the consent page.

5- After submission, the airline had sent me a confirmation mail in my registered mobile number and email ID.

I have some queries related to refund policy so I called the customer service team. An agent is assigned to me, He informed me that my refund will be transferred to my account within 20 business days and if I used my credit card for the payment process then the refund will be transferred to my account within 7 business days.
