The Humana Healthy Foods Card is designed to assist members who have this benefit as part of their Humana plan. Check Your Card Balance

Checking your card balance is quick and easy, requiring no login. Simply enter your 16-digit card number on the front of the card and the 3-digit security/CVV code on the back of the card.

Using Your Benefits for Online Shopping

  • Visit the About page and click “Shop Now” under Ways to Order.
  • Add all approved items you wish to purchase to your Walmart.com cart.
  • Review your cart and click Check Out, where you may sign in or continue as a Guest.
  • Select your delivery method (home delivery or store pickup) and enter any required delivery information.
  • Choose ‘Gift Card’ as your payment method and input your 17-digit card number and 4-digit security code from your Healthy Benefits+ card.
  • Click “Apply Gift Card,” and your benefits will be automatically applied to eligible items in your cart. Remember, benefits apply only to eligible items up to your available benefit balance, requiring another form of payment for ineligible items.

Using Your Benefits for Prepared Meals and Produce Boxes

  • Visit Mom’s Meals to discover prepared meals and produce or pantry boxes you’d like to purchase.
  • Follow the ordering instructions.
  • At checkout, use your 17-digit account number and 4-digit security code.

Using Your Benefits for In-Store Shopping

  • Use the online store finder or the Healthy Benefits+ mobile app to locate a participating store near you.
  • In-store, you can use the mobile app’s product scanner to check item eligibility.
  • When you’re ready to check out, have the cashier scan your Healthy Benefits+ card or mobile app barcode before any other form of payment.
  • Your benefits will be applied immediately. Please note that benefits apply only to approved foods and beverages up to your available benefit balance, requiring another form of payment for ineligible items.
